Transferring is simple
Choosing to transfer is a big decision, but it can be easier than you think. We’ll work closely with other agencies and local authorities to ensure that you and any children in your care will be fully supported during the move.
The transfer process is slightly different depending on whether you have a child placed with you or not, and it’s important to remember that you can only be approved by one agency at a time.
