Support

We know that for you to be there for children and young people, we need to be there for you. Lotus Foster Care is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. During office hours, the staff, including the senior management team, will be available for any guidance or support.

After office hours, we operate an out-of-hours support line, which is managed by the social work team. This is available to all foster carers. The team can offer support, guidance and advise around matters relating to the child or young people in placement.

We offer a range of support groups including coffee mornings, sons and daughters groups, award ceremonies, well-being days and celebration events.
